Decoda Health (YC S23) is building AI-powered solutions to streamline patient and provider journeys, reducing administrative burdens and improving efficiency for everyone involved.

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the driving force behind our top-of-funnel activities. Your role will be critical in identifying and engaging qualified leads, creating opportunities for the sales team, and ultimately driving the growth of our AI-powered solutions in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Top-of-Funnel Lead Generation

• Conduct outbound prospecting through email, calls, and social platforms to generate qualified leads.
• Research and identify high-potential healthcare practices, leveraging tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot.
• Craft personalized messaging and sequences to engage prospects effectively.
• Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

Lead Qualification

• Use discovery techniques to assess prospect needs and fit with Decoda Health’s solutions.
