Decoda Health (YC S23) is building AI-powered solutions to streamline patient and provider journeys, reducing administrative burdens and improving efficiency for everyone involved.

We’re looking for a Operations Manager, Growth to help us create and scale a consistent funnel of demand while ensuring smooth operations across the products we’ve launched. This role is critical for driving our growth by building partnerships, improving processes, and enabling exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and refine the overall growth strategy for Decoda Health, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
• Work closely with leadership to set priorities, define measurable KPIs, and drive initiatives that support long-term growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and engineering to align efforts and maximize impact.

Top Funnel Generation

• Identify and build strategic partnerships to generate inbound leads through warm introductions and collaboration.
• Experiment with growth tactics, including referral campaigns, PR, social media marketing, and paid media, to scale demand generation.
• Leverage earned media and customer testimonials to enhance brand awareness and attract the right customers.
