Role
We are seeking highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistants to join Decoda's growing team of client support specialists. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to streamline their administrative workflows and ensure seamless interactions with their patients. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on the efficiency of healthcare operations while delivering exceptional service to Decoda’s clients and their patients.
Responsibilities
- Patient Communication: Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and text in a professional and timely manner.
- Task Resolution: Handle routine administrative tasks, including fulfilling medication refill requests, scheduling appointments, posting payments, and reconciling patient balances.
- Workflow Management: Support clients by completing tasks related to insurance verification, prior authorizations, and referral management.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and completed tasks using Decoda’s systems.
- Collaboration: Work as an extension of the client’s team to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational issues that arise, providing creative solutions when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Share feedback with Decoda’s internal teams to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Healthcare experience is required. Familiarity with popular EHRs such as athenaHealth, eCW, NextGen, Epic, Cerner, Practice Fusion, etc.
